This is an okay place to overnight. The first site we were directed to didn't work because we just couldn't get level. Sites and driveways are gravel, so it can be very dusty. There are quite a few long term folks. We had trouble with our fridge and took it down the highway to United RV, and were impressed with their professionalism and competence. They had us on our way in about an hour.

So glad I found this park on this website, it was a green oasis in the middle of desert area. Think it must be a city park - adjacent to the marina - and the grounds are beautiful. We had a pull through space (#16) that was close to the river. Great views. Lots of campers, kids and dogs, but we rarely heard a bark, and the noise levels were extremely low. From where we were, the train noise was not an issue. We hated to leave.

Have to agree with the poster who commented on the tight maneuverability. We were given a pull thru space, but had to back up and pull ahead several times due to the tightness of the turn to get in the space. We have a 40' motor home, so obviously we had to un-hook the toad. We were expecting 50 amp, but only 30 was available. We were given a space right next to the restrooms and had to keep our door closed because of the disinfectant smell. Beautiful shade trees, and yes, the train, always the train.

We've found in our travels that KOAs can be iffy, so we were pleasantly surprised to find a really good one. The staff was friendly and helpful (like a concierge), the park was well maintained, there were lots of shade trees, the sites were level and the WiFi was at each site and was strong and fast. There is a really nice walking path that snakes around a creek behind the park. We stayed here a week and were totally comfortable.

This is a fairly new RV park, with all the amenities except no swimming pool. Beautiful rose garden on the way into the park, and nice roomy, level spaces with plenty of pull thrus. The park hosts were very friendly and warned us about the sprinkler system, which would be an issue if it were going off when you were either pulling in or pulling out. You can see the park from the highway because of the bright red roof on the clubhouse.

This little park was just fine for an overnight stay. Cable TV, 50 amp and Wi-Fi, and a nice view of the mountains across the highway. Great shaded tent camping area. Even on the lookout for the park, we drove right past it because the sign was not readily visible until it was too late to turn left. Had to go into town and turn around and come back.

This is a large, new, well landscaped park that will be a great place for groups or rallies once all the buildings are complete. The interior roads are now all paved, with nice gravel sites that are mostly level. We were led to a shady pull through next to several raised planting beds surrounded by natural stone. We were surprised they don't have cable TV, but we received many digital channels from our antenna. The Wi-Fi worked well. The trains come through about twice an hour, but after a while you don't even notice them. Our water was yellow and cloudy, no matter how long we ran it to flush out the line, due to high iron content. We wouldn't drink it.

This park was advertised "Big Rigs Welcome." However, it is in a maze of trees and the owner felt it necessary to hop in the passenger seat of our 41' motor home and tell us exactly what line of sight to use to navigate the turns. It was also advertised as "Quiet and Secluded" but the park is just a few feet off a main highway and sandwiched between residential homes. The "modem friendly" turned out to be one cable strung across the carport of the B&B portion, at a patio table next to lawn equipment, car, dog crate, etc. We were told to try to pick up the WiFi signal from the home next door. The park was crowded with warning signs to "pick up dog feces" but dogs ran loose. The cable TV was only for several spaces along one side of the park. We were supposed to stay four nights but we were so disappointed, we left after just one night.

This neat little park exceeded our expectations. All spaces are pull through, with lots of elbow room. Definitely big rig friendly. The surrounding woods provided scenic views and it was peaceful. Very open and spacious. We will definitely stay here again.
